543,828. Carbon-sheet holders. LAMSON PARAGON SUPPLY CO., Ltd., and NEAL, G. J. May 28, 1941, No. 6842. [Class 16] The backing-sheet 6 of a carbon-set for use in typewriters is provided with lateral projections 10 for engaging slots, recesses, or holes 15 in a detachable stop-member 11. Preferably, the backing- sheet is provided with a reinforcing - strip having projecting ends 10, and the stop-member is provided with a pivoted or fixed securing-clip 17, and slotted guides 12 for the stationery. The slots 15 may be formed in lugs 14 having concave stop-parts 16 for engaging the platen. The slots 15 may be replaced by spring-metal hooks or loops. Specification 469,992, [Group XXII], is referred to.
