In another construction shown in Fig. 4, a shield d can be rotated by a lever g' in a cylindrical portion a<SP>2</SP> of the hood a so as to allow only the downward emission of light or to allow only the forward emission of light through either of two openings d<SP>2</SP>, d<SP>3</SP> in the shield and the lens b, one of the openings d<SP>2</SP>, d3 being covered by a coloured glass.
