Abstract
540,937. Refrigerating. KLEEN, N. E. AF. Aug. 3, 1939, No. 22565. , [Classes 29 and 64 (iii)] Sections a<1>, a<2>, Fig. 3, of an air-cooled condenser unit are located in different planes in an air flue e, and a baffle d is placed between them in such a manner as to deflect air warmed by passage over one section out of the path of the other section, which receives a separate supply of cool air. Various dispositions with respect to air inlets h may be adopted, and where two tiers of condenser sections are employed, Fig. 4, connected in series or in parallel, the baffles k are arranged correspondingly. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 394,407.
