Abstract
538,045. Moulding dough by rolling-machines. MAAS, L. J. P. April 22, 1940, No. 7218. [Class 87 (ii)] Dough is fed by a conveyer 11 between an adjustable sheeting roller 12 and a drum 1, the sheeted dough is rolled up by an adjustable curling plate 28, the rolled piece is moulded, still rolling, between an adjustable pressure plate 31, the moulded piece passes between a second adjustable pressure plate 31 and a second drum 2 where it is moulded and rolled in the opposite direction to that in which it was rolled on the drum 1, and the moulded, rolled piece finally drops on to a delivery conveyer 47.
