Abstract
535,004. Looms. MATTERSON, W. Feb. 1, 1940, No. 1974. [Class 142 (iii)] Lays.-A batten carrying member 4 at each end of a loom is guided at one end 4e in a slideway 6 and is pivoted to a swinging lever 8 at its other end 4d. The suspension pin 11 of the lever 8 or its bracket 12, or both, may be adjustable in any direction. As shown, the lower end 4e carries an antifriction roller 5 and is connected by an adjustable rod 13 with the operating crank 17a.
