Abstract
534,307. Securing reflectors; lampholders. WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC INTERNATIONAL CO. Dec. 1, 1939, No. 31267. Convention date, April 13. [Class 75 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXVI] To facilitate attachment &c. of a reflector 13 in a hood 10, the reflector is made with a neck portion 14 having on it projections 19 which enter internal recesses 17, Fig. 2, on the hood and move up on a partial rotation till they drop into depressions 18. This movement forces up a member 22 to ensure contact between contacts 37, 38, Fig. 9, on it with the fingers 32 on contacts 26, 27, Fig. 6, carried by an upper member 21 resiliently supported from the neck of the hood by bolts 23 surrounded by springs 25.
