Abstract

530,481. Spray-producers. DALE METAL CONTAINERS, Ltd., J., and GIBLIN, A. June 26, 1939, No. 18506. [Class 69 (iii)] A cap for a spray bottle, which may be formed of artificial resin, is provided with a keyhole slot 4, the curved part being located at the centre of the top 3. Inside the top is formed a central recess 5, the radius of which is at least equal to that of the keyhole slot, adapted to accommodate a screw member 6 for holding a dip tube 11. On the outer top surface of the cap is formed a groove 7 in the plane as the keyhole slot 4. In the portion of the groove 7 which contains the elongated part of the keyhole is a shallow groove 8 extending to the periphery of the cap. The 'sprayer comprises a tube 9, fitted with a rubber bulb 10, and a dip tube secured by a nut 6.
