Abstract
529,763. Moulds. METAL UTILITIES (WOLVERHAMPTON), Ltd., and DODD, E. July 26, 1939, No. 21661. [Class 87 (ii)] In moulds for concrete kerbs, blocks &c comprising a channe and separate end pieces each end piece is held in place by a loop or staple extending across the end of the channel, through pressure means. As shown, a staple B, secured by rivets to the sides a<SP>1</SP>, a2, of the channel A, is furnished with a screw F adapted to bear upon a pressure plate D on the end C which is furnished with flanges embracing the sides and bottom of the channel. A lock-nut G is provided on the screw F. The ends may be hinged to the bottom of the channel.
