Abstract

525,714. Storing fluids under pressure. KIDDE SALES CO., W. Feb. 27, 1939, No. 6390. Convention date, March 1, 1938. [Class 8(ii)] The neck of a container for liquefied &c. gases, e.g. for carbonating liquids, comprises an inner shoulder 4 on which rests a compressible washer 4, and a pliable portion extending above the washer. A closure 5 has a flange resting on the washer, and may have a flange extending below the washer, and this closure is held down by bending the pliable neck portion over it.
