[Class 140] [Also in Groups XXIII and XXXII] Superstructure and framework parts for motor or other vehicles are formed of wood veneers laminated by a binding agent consisting of a heat-hardenable synthetic resin such as phenolformaldehyde resin or polymerized styrol, isobutylene, vinyl alcohol or chloride or acrylic acid ester. The binding-agent may be used to impregnate the veneers or may be placed in the form of a foil or an impregnated fibrous web between the veneers. Shaped pieces of paper pulp, fibre or wood impregnated with resin or of metal and hinges, lugs, sockets, profile pieces '&c. may be attached to the wood veneers, during the pressing into shape. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 120,701, [Class 140], 414,632, 421,246 and 488,911.
