[Class 6 (ii)] [Also in Group XVII] A device for distributing weeddestroying substances on 'lawns &c. comprises a container 10, a feed tube 1 passing through the container and terminating in a nozzle 2 normally closed by a valve 3 carried by an operating rod 5, which provides a feed pass-' age for the substance and is operated by a lever 7 pivoted on the other end of the tube 1. The Provisional Specification describes a modification in which the rod 5 is outside the tube 1.
