514,518. Ring spinning-frames. HAWORTH, H. V. May 7, 1938, No. 13649. [Class 120 (ii)] In ring spinning-frames for cotton or other fibres, or mixtures thereof, constructed with two super-posed lines of spindles A, B on each side, the creel bobbins for the upper line are arranged above and those for the lower line below the corresponding drawing - rollers, the lines of spindles on both sides of the frame being driven by separate tin rollers E, G, and the ring rails being operated by pokers J, L raised and lowered by a common lifter shaft M. The creel bobbins are formed in a machine for drafting cylindrical slivers and winding them on to spools under pressure, and are driven by rollers U, Z.
