[Class 99 (ii)] A plug cock, adapted for connection at 8 to a source of water supply and at 2 to the pipe to be cleaned, has an opening 7 which is in alignment with the plug passage 6 when the cock is closed for the insertion of sponge rubber balls which are forced through the pipe when the cock is opened.
