[Class 66] [Also in Group XXII] A miners' water canteen or similar metal bottle is formed from concentrically ribbed cup-shaped portions a, b, the rim c of part a being shouldered or reduced at e to enter the rim f of the other portion, the parts being then soldered together to form a circumferential joint flush with the periphery of the vessel. A tapered neck portion g is soldered into aportures provided in the parts, and spaced lugs h for the carrying sling are soldered to the exterior.
