[Class 20 (iii)] A channel strip 14 for a sliding or fixed window pane 11 is made of rubber or like material, such as balata, mas ticated rubber, or guttapercha coated with finely dividec textile material such as cotton silk, or with asbestos. The coating may be effected with adhesive by passing the strip through a container in which the material may be agitated, or may be applied while the strip is in a plastic condition.
