Abstract

492,417. Windscreen-cleaners. TRICO PRODUCTS CORPORATION. Sept. 8, 1937, No. 24476. Convention date, June 3. [Class 138 (i)] A wiper arm 4 is apertured to receive the end of the actuating shaft 5 and is formed with a sleeve 15 which overlaps part of the bearing 14 to prevent the entry of moisture. The shaft 5 is secured to the arm 4 by a nut 9 which acts to press a shoulder piece 11 against a knurled tapered shoulder 10 formed on the shaft.
