486,435. Electrical - transformer and like tanks with radiator elements. POOLE, R., and METROPOLITAN-VICKERS ELECTRICAL CO., Ltd. Dec. 1, 1936, No. 32974. [Class 29] An electrical-transformer &c. tank containing oil or other cooling liquid is provided with one or more divergent oil circulation ducts 3, heat being transferred from the oil to air flowing through ducts 5 on the outside of the tank by fins preferably of expanded metal. The heat may, however, be transferred to a liquid passing through a duct 17, Fig. 8. In a modification, the oil ducts 9, Fig. 4, are disposed outside tbe-tank. Specification 477,276 is referred to.
