[Class 21] [Also in Group XXIX] Liquids stored in steel piling tubes 12 driven into the ground are forced out through a pipe 19 by compressed air delivered through a valve 21. A draining-pipe 22 extends through the pipe 19. Alternatively, liquids such as oil may be discharged by water forced into the lower part of the tubes from a similar tube in which it is stored, and to which it is returned by air pressure applied to the tube from which the oil &c. has been discharged.
