Abstract
In a telephone instrument of the magnetic diaphragm type, the polepieces are preferably formed of nickel-iron alloy in the proportions 45 : 55 and the diaphragm is made of an alloy of cobalt, iron, and vanadium in the proportions 49 : 49 : 2. The steel for the permanent magnet is composed of iron, cobalt, and molybdenum in the proportions 72 : 12 : 16. p
