[Class 92 (ii)] The guide passage for ejected cartridge cases is provided with an impact'surface of resilient material, such as indiarubber, leather or papier-mÔchÚ, mounted so as to be moved by the impact of the cases N to change the surface impacted. In the form shown, a resilient impact roller 10 is provided in the ejection opening 3 and a further resilient impact roller 16 is mounted on a part of the ejection tube 14 which is ball jointed to a cup member 12 surrounding the opening 3.
