[Class 41] Articles are conveyed through a plating-bath by a partially submerged rotary carrier such as a disc or spoked member, the spindle of which is adjustable transversely in a horizontal plane towards or away from the anode. The apparatus shown comprises a pair of magnetic discs a the spindle of which is mounted at the sides of the vat in bearings a<2> adjustable by screws b operated through bevel gearing by a common shaft b<1>. The articles are mounted by hand on the edges of the discs. Specifications 412,685 and 435,631 are referred to.
