476,072. Packingthermionic valves &c. ASTLEY, A. Sept. 22, 1936, No. 25676. [Class 18] Thermionic valves, X- ray tubes and other articles of a fragile nature are held in crates, boxes or cartons between two or more spaced seatings 6, Figs. 1 and 2, of flexible inelastic material such as canvas or webbing suspended resiliently by spiral springs, rubber bands, strips, &c. 8 alone or in combination, the resilient means being permanently or removably attached to the container walls, and to the seatings. The seatings shown are formed from a piece of webbing folded to give right-angled bends, eyelets 7 being provided at the bends. Specification 461,431 is referred to.
