Abstract

469,792. Electric hot-plates. REVO ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., and REEVES, F. H. Nov. 13, 1936, No. 31028. [Class 39 (iii)] The grid form heating element d is attached to a bracket c pivotally mounted in the fore part of a cavity in a frame a provided at one end with a plug connection b and at the other end with extensions a<5> forming supports therefor. Electric leads extend from the bracket through the rear part of the cavity to the plug connection. A detachable reflector is arranged under the heating element and the latter may comprise a coil embedded in refractory material in a metal sheath. Levelling screws may be provided under the parts a<5>. The heating element is provided with a supporting spider d<1>. The plate may be incorporated in the upper part of a grilling chamber as described in Specification 463,490.
