468,181. Windscreens ; roller blinds. TYLER, S. H. Nov. 10, J936, No. 30657. [Class 20 (iii)] Relates to anti-dazzle devices for vehicle windows and windscreens, of the kind comprising a flexible sheet 5 of transparent material arranged like a spring roller blind. According to the invention, the sheet is provided with projections or a transverse rod 3 adapted to engage in the notches 2 of arms 1 which are adjustably and removably connected to brackets 9 fitted to the body or roof of the vehicle. In the construction shown, the brackets are formed with slots 12 which receive the bolts 14 upon which the arms are mounted. These bolts pass also through upper or lower holes 15 in plates 13, the lower ends of which have further holes 16 for the reception of the ends of the roller spindle. The lower ends of the arms may be secured to the vehicle body by pins passing through holes 1<a>. In a modification, the brackets are each formed with a spring clip adapted, for example, to clip over the windscreen.
