468,125. Stamping sinks. BRIGGS MANUFACTURING CO. Jan. 6, 1937, No. 382. Convention date, Jan. 11, 1936. [Classes 83 (ii) and 83 (iv)] The unfinished back plate 13 of a stamped metal sink 10 is flanged over as at 14 between die parts 22 and 28 and is also panelled at 17 between die parts 23 and 29, the sink being first located in the dies over a gauge or locating pad 32 over which the basin part of the sink fits, this pad 32 being slidable as required to accommodate the basin part when stamped at either the left-hand or right-hand end of the sink. The adjustment is made by moving the holding bolt 34 in the slot 36 or into alternative holes.
