465,504. Drawers. POWER, R. F. Nov. 6, 1935, No. 30664. [Class 52 (i)] [Also in Group XV] A tray for filing loose-leaves comprises a fixed end-plate 2, disposed at an obtuse angle to the tray floor, so that the tray may be tilted back on to the fixed plate to store the sheets in the tray in flat condition, and a front end-plate 6 adjustable so as to be set at an obtuse angle to the floor whereby a V-shaped space is obtained when the leaves are separated to expose a leaf it is desired to inspect. A cabinet 1 adapted to receive the trays is provided with guides 7 for rollers 8 on the rear walls 2 so that when a tray is placed in the cabinet it is tilted from its normal position through 90‹ and the sheets lie horizontally in the cabinet, and also so that the tray can hang suspended from the front of the rails in its normal working position. A shelf 36 with rollers 34, 35 supports each wall 2 during the movement of the tray into and out of the cabinet. Specification 4962/88, [Class 52], is referred to.
