464,747. Riveting. DORNIER-METALLBAUTEN GES. Sept. 24, 1936, No. 25966. Convention date, Oct. 25, 1935. [Class 83 (iv)] A riveting-tool 13 is operated by a lever 9 which is actuated directly by a compressed-air controlled piston 2, without the interposition of a piston rod. The lever 9 passes through a slot in the cylinder wall. The admission and discharge of the pressure fluid is controlled by a hand-operated valve 6, which controls ports 17, 18, 21, and is returned by a spring 16. The piston 2 is returned by springs 8, the tool 13 by a spring 14, and the lever 9 by the engagement therewith of a pin 19 on the piston.
