463,083. Wrapping &c. materials ; packages. FELLOWS, J., and RALEIGH CYCLE CO., Ltd. Oct. 12, 1935, No. 28181. [Classes 94 (i) and 94 (ii)] Wrapping &c. material for protecting cycle mudguards &c. during transport, comprises a strip of soft cardboard &c. treated between rollers which crimp or corrugate at a one or more longitudinal parts to cause the strip to assume a partcylindrical cross-section and simultaneously curve it longitudinally. The longitudinal edges b may be inturned to retain the strip in position on the mudguard &c., or separate bands of adhesive paper may be used for this purpose. A weakened portion c may be provided for engagement of the wrapping over a reflector &c. For protecting a tyre &c. two complementary strips d, e may be used, the one with its concave face inwardlv and the other with its concave face outwardly, secured in position by strips of adhesive paper.
