Abstract
A solution of tungsten dioxyfluoride is prepared by dissolving tungsten dioxide in an acid fluoride bath.ALSO:According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 electrodeposited coatings of a tungsten alloy on metal are converted to carbide by heating in the presence of carbon. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
