Abstract

In an anhydrite plaster containing zinc and potassium sulphates as accelerators these salts are present in the proportion of ,2-,7, preferably ,5, parts of zinc sulphate to 1 part by weight of potassium sulphate and the total amount of these salts present is not greater than 1,7 parts to 100 parts by weight of anhydrite. Specifications 236,695 and 317,672, [both in Class 22], are referred to. The Provisional Specification states that the total amount of zinc and potassium sulphates present may exceed 1,7 parts to 100 parts of anhydrite and refers to the addition of 3 per cent. of these salts.
