457,593. Roofing-slabs. DIESPEKER & CO., Ltd., and RACKHAM, L. T., 57, Holborn Viaduct, London. May 15, 1936, No. 13799. [Classes 20 (iv) and 87 (i)] Slabs for covering asphalted and other roofs to provide an insulating air space and a flat surface for walking upon, are formed of a mixture of granulated cork and cement in any proportions and are provided with corner feet 1 which project beyond the adjacent edges to leave gaps 4. The feet are cast with the slabs and are of the same or other material. The top face of the slabs may be finished in terrazzo or other material 3. The slabs may be simply laid in place, or be bedded in any manner.
