455,392. Vehicle bodies. PERKS, H. L. D., and COOK, F. T., Crown Spring g & Axle Works, Lye, Stourbridge. Aug. 1, 1935, No. 21812. [Classes 103 (iv) and 108 (i)] Metal fittings for the bodies of lorries, trucks, or wagons consist of a bar or strap 1 secured within recesses of separate terminal parts at one or both ends. The lower terminal part 2 has a hinge-sleeve 3 while the upper part 6 has an eye 9 or peg 10, 12. Intermediate fittings have no upper terminals, while fittings on pillars have no lower terminals but angle-bar 11 may be used. Bolts or rivets 5, 8, 22 secure the parts.
