455,363. Sealing-closures for bottles. NOMICO, C. A., and PETRIS, P. A., 27, Rue ChÚrif Pacha, Alexandria, Egypt. Jan. 10, 1935, No. 855. Application for addition to 416,237. Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, July 11, 1935]. [Classes 125 (i) and 125 (iii)] The parent Specification disclosed a fragile cover for a bottle stopper, secured by liquid glass &c., and having an easily frangible rim, situated below the bottle mouth. The present application comprised two constructions, one of which, Figs. 1 and 2, has an integral surround to the neck of the bottle, frangible at 6, while the other, Fig. 3, comprises a screw-cap 11 frangible at 12. In each case, the screw-threads were to be cemented together.
