[Class 7 (ii)] Exhaust gases pass through a bent pipe 2, 3 in a casing 1, towards an outlet 4 and water is sprayed from a detachable lid 6 on to the bend 5. The casing 1 which is cast integrally with the pipe 2, 3, has a vent 10 and a drain cock 12.
