Abstract
453,180. Folding cardboard &c. boxes. THIOLAT, H., and THIOLAT, R., Avenue de la Gare, St. Amand, Cher, France. May 13, 1935, No. 14060. Convention date, Dec. 21, 1934. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Nov. 13, 1935.] [Class 18] Cardboard &c. folding boxes of the kind made from a stamped or cut-out blank providing double-walled sides, a bottom which is wholly or partly double-walled and diagonallycreased corner parts which unite the side walls, have the corners formed of the configuration shown in Figs. 1, 3, 5, or 7, the folding being either that shown in Fig. 2, so that flaps 11, 15, 21, 26 respectively extend outwardly towards each other or, for the configuration shown in Fig. 3, the same folding except that flaps 15 fold inwards. Gum, stitching &c. may be employed for fixing corner parts to side walls, or for fixing border pieces to the bottom. A cover may be identically formed, but of size such that it may fit in or on the bottom. The outer face of the blank may be covered with paraffin.
