452,743. Photographic exposure-meters and telemeters. ZEISS IKON AKT.- GES., 72, Schandauer Strasse, Dresden, Germany. Oct. 4, 1935, No. 27500. Convention date, Oct. 10, 1934. [Class 98 (i)] A photo-electric exposure meter and a telemeter are housed in a common casing. As shown, a short base telemeter 4, receiving light beams through windows 13, 14, is mounted in the top of the casing, and has a pair of rotary glass wedges 2, 3 adjusted by an external disc 5, the coincidence being observed through a window 1. Mounted below the telemeter is an exposure meter comprising a moving coil galvanometer 6 with a transparent scale 29 illuminated through a window 15 and observed through a window 7, a photo-electric cell 27 behind a window 28 having prismatic facets, and an annular regulating resistance 11 over which wipes a contact 35 carried by an external rotatable disc 10 bearing an exposure time scale co-operating with a scale of diaphragm numbers on the edge of a rotatable disc 31 mounted in front of a fixed disc 41 which bears a scale of plate speed numbers visible through a window in the disc 31.
