[Class 65 (ii)] [See also Group XIV] A hinge-fitting connecting the front 3 of the seat frame of a bed-settee to the front board 1 of the fixed frame comprises three pivotally interconnected hinge elements 5, 6, 7, the intermediate element 6 serving as a spacing element, while the outer parts 5 and 7 consist of angle brackets attached to the frames. Pivot pins 8, 9 pass through lugs at the sides of the brackets 5, 7 and through the parts of the element 6 which lie between the lugs. Shoulders 12 on the element 6 abut against the brackets 5, 7 in the normal position of the seat, and in the inverted position of the seat abutment faces 17, 18 on the element 6 come into contact with parts of the brackets.
