[Class 65 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXI] A bicycle frame of duplex construction comprises an upper pair of curved tubes 1, a lower pair of curved tubes 2, and a third pair of tubes extending between and fixed to the tubes 1 and 2. The front part of the frame may be folded to lie along the back part about a hinge comprising two L-shaped plates hinged together at 14 and fixed to the divided parts of the tubes 1, 2. One plate has a screwed stem 15 and a winged nut 16, and the other plate has a stemreceiving gap 17 countersunk at 18.
