444,892. Electrolytic condensers. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP MAATSCHAPPIJ TOT EXPLOITATIE VAN UITVINDINGEN, 64, Leuvehaven, Rotterham, Holland. Sept. 26, 1934, No. 27624. Convention date, Nov. 16, 1933. [Class 37] A metallic layer of fine structure is formed on an electrode surface by applying from the outside a thin layer of material so that at least a five-fold increase of capacity in the electrode surface with respect to a smooth surface is obtained. This layer may be applied direct from the vapour state or by sintering on the surface or by subjecting the layer to electric point discharges. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 433,481.
