[Class 36] An insulated auxiliary cable has an armouring of low resistance. Such armouring may consist of copper, a copper-cadmium alloy, copper-clad steel or aluminium wires ; and, when of copper, the wires may be segmental. The armouring may be designed to be so strong as to render the cable self-supporting.
