433,337. Awning blinds. DEVERELL, D. G., 77, Upsdell Avenue, Palmers Green, London. May 25, 1934, No. 15632. [Class 52 (v)] An awning blind for casement windows is supported by side arms 5 each pivoted at 14 to a radius rod 12, near the middle 15 of which is pivoted a guide rod 10. The parts 5, 10 are pivoted to slides 7, 9 on guide rods 8, and their ends are connected by the blind batten 4 and a crossbar 11 which serves, when the blind is unrolled, to lift the upper part of the blind free of the opened doors, casement windows and like fittings which may be beneath it. The blind rolls up into a box 1, the front of which is closed by the batten 4.
