[Class 103 (i)] In brakes having two pairs of shoes in the same drum each pair being operated by its own cam, equal turning efforts are adapted to be given simultaneously to both cams hydraulically or mechanically. Levers b, bl are fast and levers c, c<1> loose on the cam shafts a, a<1>, the levers engaging by means of adjustable stops f. The levers are forced apart by an hydraulic cylinder d or by a brake rod h by means of a lever g pivoted to the lever c and connected by an adjustable link i to the lever b<1>.
