425,186. Receivers; loud - speakers GRAHAM & CO., Ltd., A., Caxton House, Tothill Street, London, and VAUGHAN, C. H., 20, Cock Mannings Road, St.Mary's Cray, Kent. Nov. 24, 1933, No. 32921. [Class 40 (iv) To prevent entry of moisture into a loud - speaking or other receiver with coned diaphragm for use in exposed places, the sound exit is closed by an imperforate flexible diaphragm 10 which may be of rubber or of closely-woven oiled silk and perforated plates 12, 14 preferably of zinc are mounted near the diaphragm 10 as stop plates or supports. One or more wire mesh screens may be mounted in front of -the plate 12, and the sound exit may be fitted with a grid 6 or with louvres.
