[Class 79 (iv)] Links 6, 7 which may be of equal or unequal lengths, but which are not parallel to one another, are pivoted at one end to brackets 8, 9 mounted on the axle 1 of a motor vehicle and at their other ends the links are pivoted to a rigid member 4 which may be a shock absorber pivoted at a to a side frame member 2. The piston rod 11 of the shock absorber may be pivoted to a crank arm 13 mounted on the pivot c of the link 7.
