Convention date, Nov. 9, 1933. Drawings to Specification. [Class 110 (i)] The impeller blades or the guide vanes of a centrifugal pump are unevenly spaced to reduce noise. Double sided impellers have the two sets of blades staggered with respect to each other. In a modification the unequal spacing is produced by varying the shape of the blades. The impeller may be used with liquid ring pumps.
