[Class 20 (ii).] Scaffold supports of the type comprising a part to engage the scaffold member and a part to engage a masonry wall, have the memberengaging part in the form of a hinged clamp 12, 13, the part 12 being integral with a plate 10 which forms the wall-engaging part, and the scaffold member 16 being adapted to lie along the surface of the plate to stiffen it. The plate is provided with a front extension formed with separate edge portions 18 by which the support may be driven into a wall.
