Abstract

218,096. Hees, H. L., and Haas, K. E. June 21, 1923. Curtains, drawing and suspending.-A hollow pole, having its end bent at an angle with the main portion and having holes at the extremities, rests on hooked projections on wall plates. In order that the hooked supports may be used at either end of the pole they are provided with two projections as shown in Fig. 4, the upper projection 5 passing through a hole 7 in the upper surface of the pole 2 while the lower projection 6 acts as a stop to prevent accidental upward displacement of the pole. The pole is made substantially C-shaped in cross section to support the curtain runners 8 as shown in Fig. 2.
