Abstract

414,438. Attaching electric lamps to the hand or arm. RICHARDSON, M. H., 59, Bell Street, Wolverhampton. Feb. 15, 1933, No. 4577. [Class 43.] A portable electric lamp holder is formed from a single strip of soft sheet metal or other sheet material, bent into a circle to form a rigid socket 1 for a separate electric lamp holder 2, and extended to form an integral loop 3 or 3<a> (which may be hook-shaped with an outwardly directed lip 3b) and which grips the finger, thumb, wrist or adjacent part of the user's hand or arm. The parallel portions 4, 5, or 4a, 5<a>, are held together by a clip 6, lugs formed on the side of the portion 4, rivets or screws. The separate lamp holder may be a cylindrical socket carrying contacts. The lamp holder may be fitted with an eye shade or reflector.
