412,362. Vehicle wheels. GIANETTI, G., and GIANETTI, G., (trading as GIANETTI, G.), Saronno, Italy.-(Assignees of Walther, G. ; David Church Road, R. 2, Dayton, Ohio, U.S.A.) March 23, 1933, No. 8824. Convention date, March 23, 1932. [Class 144 (ii).] In detachable-rim devices of the kind in which one edge only of the rim is supported from the wheel, alignment is provided by means of a radial shoulder on the rim engaging a corresponding stop on the wheel. As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the edge of the rim 2 is formed with a radial shoulder 4 which is secured against the sides 5 of the wheel-spokes 1 by means of bolts 7 and clamps 6. The radial portions 11 of the clamps are guided between webs 13 on the spokes. Fig. 1 shows a twin-rim device comprising an inner rim 20 with a shoulder 17 to about the flanged ends 16 of the spokes, a spacer-ring 22, and an outer rim 32, attachment being effected by one set of bolts 27 and clamps 29.
