411,330. Mop-wringers. BUNT, E. T., 44, Cathay, Redcliffe, Bristol. Aug. 30, 1933, No. 24086. [Class 19.] A mop-wringing device comprises a tapered sheet-metal support b adapted to engage the rim of a bucket a and containing a funnel-shaped member h from the bottom of which is suspended by attachment to a ring f a non-rigid reticulated basket g of chainwork, wire, cord, cloth, &c. into which the mop is pressed and wrung by twisting. The Provisional Specification also describes means for holding the bucket stationary, a device attached to the mop handle to facilitate twisting, that the support may be flat with slits to engage the pail handle lugs, that the funnel h may be perforated, and the provision of stiffeners for the tapered support b.
